Sometimes our support engineers will ask for the Express Send Error Logs. The following steps outline how to find the log files.
- Open the Express Send Settings Application.
Windows 8 & 8.1
- Hit the Start Button on your Keyboard and make sure you are on the Metro View (looks like a bunch of square boxes).
- Type "Express Send Settings" (without quotes).
- Click on the search result, Express Send Settings.
Windows 7 and Vista
- Open the Start Menu.
- Type "Express Send Settings" (without quotes) in the search box.
- Click on the entry, Express Send Settings. - Select the Support tab.
- Enter your email address in the box and click Send Log Files.
- Optional: (Send detailed logs to our support engineers)
- Check the Enable Full Logging checkbox and click the Save Settings Button.
- Perform the same upload that was causing you trouble using the Express Send application.
- Go back to the Settings menu using steps 1-2 above.
- Enter your email address in the box and click Send Log Files.
Note: If you wish to see the information sent to our support engineers, click on the View Log Files button. This will open a file explorer windows - double-click on the Logs Folder and then open up the runLog-1-1-0001.log file. (You can open this file in Notepad).
