Sometimes when uploading a large number of Photos the Express Send application takes a long time to find all your photos. This is not a bug, but the application attempting to generate large numbers of thumbnails for each photo prior to upload. If you find that your workflow requires uploads above about 300 photos you may want to consider disabling the thumbnail generation.
- Click Start.
- In the search box search for "Express Send Settings".
- Clear the checkbox next to "Use Thumbnails".
- Click "Save Settings".
