Error 10003 and 10006

Error Message: "An error occurred while loading your images. This could be due to your images being locked or deleted while we are tallying the information."

Reason for message: Files must not be locked or un-accessible during upload. Express Send can't access these files and cannot process the request until the files are unlocked. Deleting a file during upload can also cause this error. 

How to fix: 

• Restart Computer.
• Make sure Images are not open in another application like Photoshop.
• Attempt selecting images again and try loading Express Send.
